Tomoko still banned?!

Hiho folks

i saw that the account "tomoko" is still banned and i wanted to ask if there is still a chance to unban that account.

I read the "Current Bans" thread before so i just wanna ask if there is any possibility to unban that account.

The reason why that account was banned:

The GM banned that account a couple of month before was thinking that my friend was autoing.
(i know autoing is normally perm)
BUT:

- i was with the real acc owner on Teamspeak all time
- he never did afk splashing / autoing before cause he was ALWAYS a fair and honest player
- he died cause he felt asleep and unfornately a GM was checking d1 right at that moment
- i tried to send him a RB and got F/L bug and c/led
- after i reloged (about a time of 90 - 120 SECONDS) he got banned
- so i phoned him cause he was not answering at TS and he told me that he felt asleep
- we tried to get this acc unblocked but cause of "autoing" there was no chance

So after some month i rejoined the Eather server again (old name Enkeli) and now i am trying to get my friends acc unblocked to get him back to eather as well cause he won't start playing from 0
(if i remember correctly he had full g60 and g62 or g65 pimped stick n his mage).

So my final question to the team and specially to DarKZONE:
Is there any chance to give a player a 2nd chance to play on his old banned acc again because the team made -in our oppinion- a wrong decission about blocking a account and blocking a fair and honest player who just felt asleep after a 10 hours hard working day in a coal mine?

Can't we be just humans?
