This is the only website I know of that does this to me. I have like a 50% success rate in getting the forums or the site to load, if it doesn't load i gotta come back in like 2 hours, dunno if anyone else has these problems.

No, I only use web proxies when I want to troll a forum or post goatse. I'm using firefox. This is the only site i go to that randomly doesn't load and when it stops loading it stops loading for like 2 hours + and it can't connect.
