Allright,

Please use this thread to post any suggestions about how we should balance the current pvp situation.

I have got a few idea's myself and I think we could make things alot more fun when it comes to sinning and war.

I will start with a few suggestions of mine which I am testing at this moment.

1) Current armor tiers.

We all know that the absorbtion tier is pretty much overpowered and it kills the pvp fun. I think we should make one tier for each class. Which would look something like this;



I tried these armors and I'm very pleased with them.

2) New Angel acces.

These are also overpowered when it comes to the absorb ones. I was trying to find a solution for this problem and I think I found it

Knight ones could have some extra recistances to ice and lightening to reduce some of the damage which they are getting from mages at this moment.

For archers I think we should keep the current stats '+3 evasion'.

Mages could get 500-1000 hp and some defence.


3) IC's

We all know that since our archers found out that the damage tier on a bow gives massive LA damage, Almost all of them have one.
They deal and heal an average of 4k every 5-6 seconds. Therefor I think we should increase it's cooldown again to about 10-12 seconds.

4) New shield update with archer arrows.

These arrows with about 75 min/max attack should only be available to EA's, As IC's will be dealing up to 6k which is definitly too high.

5) Higher skill grades.

I'm going to be messing around with some skillgrades to try find a better balance between the classes.

This was all for now, If i think of something else I will post it here again.

Nice ideas keisha, especially the LA, doesnt matter if ppl got otp bow its still overpowered. And about the knight accs, i dont really get the light/ice resistance thingy, isnt it useless cuz u will get lighted/iced anyway. but i like it so far^^ keep it up

Good idea in the old days when it was like that i could still pwn whit ic whit otp bow not dmg , dmg came after cool down became normal again

Maybe smart to add smthing for vaga also? because now it is mage and arch got clips/arrows comma got shield and vaga got nuthing

Good idea but never add highergrade buffs because been done on other servers and it fails bad ass xD
Maybe add new class at lvl 90 orso whit old skills whit new motion and increased dmg at skills ( if possible tho i know the skills are possible but increasing dmg i dun know maybe add higher grades ? )

i think all of it are great ideas..

the LA thing is getting out of hand, almost every IC of like 90+ cant die anymore, unless they fight against like 3 other IC's... so higher cooldown will create bigger fun in fights if ur asking me..

about the armors and acces.. i got none of them so i dunno what to say about it xD but i hear ppl whining about it all day long so i think its good to change it.

i think knights should get a lil lower otp if evation tier got removed and ic a cooldown like 8 secs first.

I think the LA needs to be raised a little bit too, about 8-9 seconds would be good but 12 seconds because that would be a little to much, and I think more people would complain about 12 seconds because that would allow the IC to get off every single curse that they have within that 12 second period.
Also I think the knights could use a little bit lower OTP if they are going to crit 6-8k and 10k with zerks. And of course absorb tier is just broken as hell.
Mages seem fine as they are. Yes they have low HP but that's because people stat them to have 280-290 eva which is ridiculous for pvp and then they complain about it but they still do high consistent damage to knights and ICs that are same or lower levels.

Basically right now it comes down to who wins in a pvp like this...
Vaga vs IC = If vaga can stun with rush or IC can curse first wins
Comma vs IC = actually balanced good right now I think
Vaga vs mage = vaga wins in 2 hits if they can hit
Vaga vs mage = vaga wins in 2 hits if they can hit
Comma vs mage = comma looses if he has low otp
EA vs Knights = EA looses miserably unless run
EA vs Mage = EA looses unless lucky crits

But all this is coming from me with at most a lvl 87 and no maxed/ ue armor or new accs.

this is a thread for sugestions, not a discussion about la and abso. and i know it will not happen, but i think all the tiers (weapons too) make the pvp unbalanced so with the tiers gone it will be much better, and abso lowerd or gone + la 8-9 sec seems like a good solution too. and i think ea's should be made stronger cuz they rly suck atm.

What a surprise..

You guys cannot and will never be on the same page. In every serious thread you manage to create chaos and never ending arguements.

Let's get this straight, I made this topic so that you could give me some other suggestions to work out and try.

That doesn't include deleting all the armor and weapon upgrades, because it will never happen. I am sure that I can get this server way more balanced as it is right now and i guess you just have to trust my word on that.

I'm telling you that I will be testing everything I change before it ends up in the server.

Now keep this thread clean and be more like unohana who gives me something I can work with and not wasting 30 minutes just by reading useless posts.

In my opinion i think the knights should have more def then the archers

as it is on that picture the archers got 2 more def then the knights

Actually relooking at the stats at the top and noticing there changed not just the upgrade tier I think the archer does have a little to much def and not enough eva. Maybe it should be something like ~95 def, ~24 eva, and only 4 absorb.

I cant agree with what u are saying at all,.. I am lvl 99 hermit, with 14k hp and 267 eva. with pretty much maxed gear except i dont have g75 armor..

But i cant win vs an EA +90 at all i get pwned cause i do so freaking low dmg on them, but well we discussed it before and we ended with it is okay, well the ES ppl think it is -.-''' So i will leave it out now..

A vaga wont be able to 2 hit me if i have buffs ...

Mage Vs ic is just lol i cant dmg him cause of his la :s

Because only 1v1 is allowed in PvP Events, In wars you can gank up persons. And the damage u doing on your opponent will be lvl based and not really item based, unless you get maxed g53 weapons etc.

well if that will happen than gates need way less hp lolz.

and 2th.

kal is about guilds. guils is about winning castle.

but whats the point of getting good/max gear if cw is in noob outfit only?:S
it is good to balance the cw. but since keisha is already doing that. i dont c it as a real good idea.

Mages need some absorb on armor.
Knights need some elemental recistance.

if knigts get that new tier they will get lil more otp. and archers/mages will get less eva again. so or the main evation for mages/archers must go up @ armor.

or the main otp should be lower of the knights.

and i dont talk about 10-20 but more like 5-10.

ic need 8 sec cooldown and crit bug fix.

i think the server will be way balanced. cuz that new tier of keisha ROX! /cheers for keisha

because now we are discussing for something that wont happen
so first lets wait for keisha hes tier system and see how its going then...

a great method to test armors is to open the test server for a while
with the new tiers , so ppl can go check it out ( accounts logged to there )
like we did before to test the V4.0 Client. and share the thoughts & Maybe bugs

Default Rebalancing through lvl increasing...

Okay ... as we all know: ICs are most overpowered Chars on this ES-Server.
And we know that those TIER sys is a little shitty right now.

But instead of changing TIER system... why not adding 3. Char Tree?

Sounds easy ... think it isnt but it keeps Tier sys alive

New Skills could be other way around so that ICs dont get any BIG advantage from 3.Tree but EAs does get a faster Shoot or whatever which compensate his little effect right now.

Comma get an EVA-Emergency skill (like Elastic Shild but with effect on Eva) and an Call of Curseresistence (to avoide ICs).
Vagga just get a ... i dont know (never played a vagga ... but sth. Vagga need to defeat just ICs and dont get more power than they already have)

Mage get a bigger nicer Areaattack or a stronger Single attack (hey ... come on! Hermit does 2k dmg ... thats really shamefull if you think of 2k HP-Event Med!)
CJB gets a Phoenix-like skill

Think with those skills they could all do higher dmg and as ICs dont get that much skill (lets say they get a range-extension or they can jump up a box or crap like that) i think so you can fix that balance back to normal.

By the Way ... seen many new ppl on this server (maybe its just an illusion of someone making new chars... but anyways). I REALLY think it would be MUCH MORE fun to those "newbs" to dont get onehitted by an assa if they just come to take a look. Therefore i think it would be nice to set up a Assa-killing-Limit of 5-15 lvl below:
Means: Assa can be killed by everyone --- BUT Assa cant kill ppl 10 lvl below his lvl. So Assa (L90) cant kill Noob (L30).

Yeah ... i know ... you all like to kill many ppl just to prove how powerfull you are. But: its not a sort of power to kill above noob described and its not fun at all

Ah... one last point:
If you just really dont want to do such big change ... and just edit the existing Amor: it REALLY would be nice to give Mages a "little" Absorption (just the normal ones ... not the overpowerd stuff) on its amors. As Knights and Archer get elemental resistance on their stuff it would only be fair to give mages more than available +2 Abso (through DefIncantation).
